What's New For Retailers In Loyalli 2.0 - Part 1

Recently we released an update to the Retailer Dashboard inline with the new features in the Android and iOS applications. Over the course of the next few weeks we will be publishing how-to guides, demos and pointers on how best to use the new features to grow your business. 

First though, we wanted to briefly introduce the exciting new developments. 

What's new?  

In addition to the features found in the original application,  Loyalli 2.0 allows retailer to do the following;
  • display your store opening times, either at a reatiler or store level
  • upload a price list or menu
  • link you Twitter and Facebook accounts to grow you social community
  • link you website or microsite to increase traffic 
  • accept customer feedback
  • receive a rating from your customers 
  • offer multiple rewards 
  • Engage and message your customers in the app.

Access the new features 

Many of the new features require no attention from you at all, they will simply be activated on you account. 

However, linking social accounts, setting opening times and uploading a menu or price list can all be done via you Retailer Dashboard 

What does this mean for my customers?

Loyalli's core focus is to replace the need to carry loyalty cards. This has not changed. Loyalli 2.0 is about offering more ways for retailers and customers to communicate, connect and discuss customer experience. 

To get a stamp, a customer does exactly the same as before, only this time they can chose to interact with you further.
